2014: Was a top-3 finisher on the team in all seven races … ran to a season-best 5K of 21:01.3 at the Empire 8 Conference Championships (11/1) in Saratoga … competed at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, securing a time of 24:36.3 in the 6K.

2013: Placed sixteenth at the Hartwick Fast Track (10/25) ... finished thirty-eighth at the Cross Country Only Conference Championships (10/19) ... secured season-best 5K time of 20:55.9 at the Hamilton Invitational (10/12) ... ran a 26:21.2 at the 6K NCAA Regional (11/16).

2012: Placed 29th at the Oneonta Early Bird Invitational … registered a 20.19 time at the Hartwick Fast Track 5K which was good for ninth place … ran a time of 20:42.78 at the Cross Country Only Conference Championships … covered the course in 20:42.44 at the Empire 8 Conference Championships.

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Williamson Senior High School ... lettered in cross country from 2009-2011, outdoor track from 2010-2012, and basketball from 2010-2012 ... MVP in cross country in 2010 and outdoor track in 2011 and 2012 ... helped cross country team to sectional title in 2012.
