2014: Was the Hawks’ top finisher in all six meets she competed in … earned her top time in a 5K at the Empire 8 Conference Championships (11/1) with a thirty-eighth place finish of 20:13.7 … ran a season-best 6K of 24:36.3 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (11/15) … named Team Most Valuable Player.

2013: Earned Empire 8 Conference Second Team honors ... team MVP ... top finisher at two events for the Hawks ... four top-15 finishes ... finished third at the Cross Country Only Conference Championships (10/19) ... placed ninth at the Oneonta State Early Bird Invitational (9/14) ... took eleventh place at the Empire 8 Championship meet (11/2) ... fifteenth at the Hamilton Invitational (10/12) ... top 6K time of 23:05.2 occured at the NCAA Regional (11/16) where she placed sixty-fifth ... 18:45.8 at the E8 Championships was her top time in a 5K race.

2012: Had an impressive sophomore season for the Hawks as she was the top Hartwick finisher in every race … team MVP ... won the Cazenovia Invitational in 21:11.8 … also took top honors at the Hartwick Fast Track 5k in 19:17 … came in 17th at the Empire 8 Conference Championships (19:19.64) … 57th out of 277 runners at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Qualifier (23:37) ... named to the Empire 8 Sportsperson of the Year team.

Prior to Hartwick: Transferred from Union College ... ran cross country for the Dutchwomen in 2011 ... attended Washingtonville High School ... lettered in cross country (2007, 2009, and 2010), indoor and outdoor track (2007-2011), and soccer (2008) ... received Coaches Award in cross country in 2007 ...
