2015-2016: Empire 8 Second Team in 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay … finished the campaign with 306 points … registered 77.5 points at the UNYSCSA Championships and 50.50 at the Empire 8 Championships … earned three first-place individual finishes … added four second-place efforts … combined for eight relays wins … competed in the free, breast, and IM events … swam to fastest times on the team in 50 breast, 100 breast, and 100 IM … ranks seventh in the 200 breast event at ’Wick … ranks fourth with his teammates in the College’s 400 medley relay and fifth in the 200 medley relay.

2014-2015: Ranks sixth on the team in points with 344.8 … picked up 195.25 dual meet points … earned 72 points at the UNYSCSA Championships … registered the top times in the 50 breast (26.52), 100 breast (58.19), and 200 breast (2:11.95) on the team … ranks fourth at ’Wick in the 100 breast relay split … ranks sixth in the 50 breast relay split and eighth in the 100 breast.

2013-2014: Totaled 87 points … won first collegiate event in 200 breast (2:21.82) against Alfred (1/18) … also had seven third place finishes … was a part of one second-place and four third-place relays results … had personal best times in 50 free (23.27), 100 free (50.12), 200 free (1:51.53), 100 breast (1:00.72), 200 breast (2:15.36), and 200 IM (1:59.66).

2012-2013: Two second-place and six third-place finishes … was a part of three winning relays, one second-place, and four third-place teams … accumulated 94.25 points for Hartwick.

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Westfield High School in Westfield, MA ... lettered in swimming & diving for four years.

Personal: Son of Donald and Catherine Day ... Chemistry major ... father, Don, played college football at UMass-Amherst.
