Hartwick College Athletics

2017: Played in 12 contests … scored six goals and added one assist … recorded 11 ground balls … caused one turnover … netted two goals each in victories over SUNY Oneonta (3/29) and Houghton (4/22) … had a goal and one helper in playoff-clinching victory over Utica (4/26) … also tallied in 10-8 triumph over Alfred (4/1) … season-high three ground balls in 16-3 Empire 8 win over Elmira on 4/8 … registered two GB’s apiece against St. John Fisher (3/25) and Ithaca (4/29).

2016: Played in all 14 games … made eight starting appearances … tied for team-high in assists with 12 … added 13 goals for 25 points to rank fourth on the team … one man-up and one man-down tally … recorded 22 ground balls … scored a pair of goals in five different games … season-high four points on two tallies and two assists against Nazareth (4/16) … recorded a season-high four ground balls in win over Houghton (4/22).

2015: Played in 12 games … registered eight goals, four assists and 12 points … led team in man-up goals with four … recorded 10 ground balls … set a career-high for goals (3) and points (4) in game against Stevens (4/1) … equaled three-goal feat in 14-9 win over Elmira (4/11) … season-high two ground balls against Cobleskill (4/8) and Houghton (4/15).

2014: Saw action in 12 games … totaled three goals and two assists for five points … five ground balls … scored first career goal against Cobleskill (3/17) … scored game-winning goal and assisted on another in Hartwick’s 12-9 victory over King’s College (3/25) … also recorded a season-high three ground balls against the Monarchs … had a two-point performance (1g, 1a) against Houghton (4/16).

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Blair Academy ... lettered for four years on the Buccaneer lacrosse and hockey teams. 

Personal: Son of Billy and Susan Long ... Environmental Geology major ... brother, Wyatt, also plays for the Hawks.
