2018-19: Received Phillip S. Wilder Jr. Award for academic distinction ... selected to Empire 8 Spring 2019 President's List ... competed in all seven races in cross country for the Hawks … finished in tenth place in meet against SUNY Delhi (8/31) … placed sixteenth while running to a season-best 8K time of 30:42.8 at the Cobleskill Stephen Warde Invitational (9/8) … was the Hawks’ top finisher at the Bard College Fred Pavlich Invitational (9/22) and the Hamilton College Short Course (10/20) ... in indoor track, ran to a season-best time of 10:07.20 in the 3000m at the Colgate University Class of 1932 Invitational (2/9) … registered an 18:02.09 in the 5000m at the Utica College Invitational on Jan. 12 … combined for a season-best 3:53.65 in the 4x400 at the Empire 8 Conference Championships (2/23) ... in the outdoor season, ran to a person-best time of 17:12.21 in the 5000m at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/27) … top time of 10:05.39 in the 3000m at the Hamilton Midweek Meet (4/16) … secured a time of 36:51.32 in the 10,000m at the Hamilton Invitational (4/6) to start the season.

2017: One of only three athletes on the team to compete in all seven meets over the course of the season … was the Hawks’ top finisher in six of seven meets … finished 14^th at the Cross Country Only Conference Championships in Geneva with a season-best 8K time of 29:17.6 … also broke the 30-minute mark at the Saratoga Invitational (29:49.7).

2016: Phillip S. Wilder Jr. Award winner for academic distinction ... ran in all nine meets this season … season-best 25^th place finish at Cobleskill Invitational (9/10) … season-best 8K time of 28:44.8 at the Cross Country Only Conference Championships on October 15 … also ran to a 28:58.7 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional on November 12.

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Franklin D. Roosevelt High School … Lettered in indoor and outdoor track and cross country for the Bald Eagles … personal bests of 4:55 (1600m), 10:59 (3200m), 18:35 (5K), and 11:00 (3000sc) … won the 2015 MHAL Cross Country Championships … team won the 2016 MHAL Outdoor Track Championships … a member of the cross country sectional-winning team … Spring Outdoor Track Co-Rookie of the Year (2013) … 2014 and 2015 Rotary Youth Exchange Student.

Personal: Hobbies include traveling and working out … favorite athlete is Hicham El Guerrouj … favorite sports teams are Corinthians and Dallas Cowboys … son of Crystal Pine … Political Science and Economics major at Hartwick.
