2017: Named to Empire 8 Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 President's Lists ... competed in two races for ’Wick … top 6K time occurred at the Morrisville Invitational (31:04.0).

2016: Named to 2016 Empire 8 Conference Women's Cross Country Sportswoman of the Year Team ... ran in eight of the Hawks’ nine meets … ran a 6K season-best of 25:28.8 in the NCAA Atlantic Regional in Glassboro, NJ on November 12 … top time in a 5K was 20:58.7 at the Hamilton Invitational on October 8 … Hawks’ top finisher at Hamilton.

2015: Competed in all seven meets for the Hawks … was ’Wick’s top finisher at the first two meets of the season … ran a personal-best time of 21:36.0 in the Empire 8 Championships 5K on October 31 … finished 29^th at the Cross Country Only Conference Championships (10/17) with a  time of 21:36.6.

2014: Season-best time of 20:30.2 at the 5K Hamilton College Invitational (10/11) … finished twenty-sixth at the Cross Country Only Conference Championships (10/18) in 21:01.8.

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Champlain Valley Union ... lettered in cross country skiing in 2013 for the Redhawks ... honor roll all four years of high school. 

Personal: Born December 22, 1995 ... daughter of Heidi and Brian Bock ... Nursing major.
