2018: Named to Empire 8 Fall 2018 President's List ... selected to Empire 8 Spring 2019 President's List ... received Phillip S. Wilder Jr. Award for academic distinction ... ran in all seven meets for ’Wick … placed eighth in season opening meet against SUNY Delhi (8/31) … finished with a  season-best 6K time of 28:30.1 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional (11/10) … top 5K time of 23:04.7 at the Cobleskill Stephen Warde Invitational (9/8), finishing fifteenth.

2017: Named to Empire 8 Fall 2017 President's List ... competed in all seven meets for the Hawks on the season … was the Hawks’ top finisher in two races ... registered a season-best 6K time of 26:38.2 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional at Houghton College … placed 22^nd at the Cross Country Only Conference Championship in 27:17.1 … ran a 20:58 at the Bard Raptor Invitational 5K.

2016: Competed in all nine races on the season for the Hawks … placed 14^th at the Cobleskill Invitational on September 10 … ran a season-best 5K at the RPI Invitational on October 1 … top time in a 6K this season came at the NCAA Atlantic Regional in Glassboro, NJ on November 12.

2015: Competed in all seven meets for the Hawks … was ’Wick’s top finisher at the Houghton Highlander Invitational (9/19), the Cross Country Only Conference Championships (10/17), the Empire 8 Championships (10/31), and the NCAA Atlantic Regional (11/14) … ran a personal-best time of 21:02.6 at the CCOC meet, finishing 17^th … placed 9^th overall at Houghton (21:54.62).

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Saranac Central High School … competed in cross country, indoor track, outdoor track, and gymnastics for the Chiefs … was a qualifier for championships in all four sports … named Rookie of the Year in cross country in 2012 … outdoor track team won Section VII title in 2011 … indoor track team won section in 2012 … cross country squad captured three straight section crowns from 2012-2014.
