2013-14: Posted 12 wins during the season … also earned one second place result and three third place finishes … set a new Moyer Pool record in the 1650 free (16:31.33) … earned state and Empire 8 titles in the 1650 free with first place finish … in relays, was a part of two winning teams … member of 800 free relay team that set new Moyer Pool record … 287.25 points on the season.

2012-13: Registered a career-high 14 individual wins … also had11 second-place and four third-place finishes … was a part of one winning relay team, four second-place, and four third- place teams … earned Empire 8 Second Team honors in 1650 free after posting a NCAA “B’ cut time of 15:59.55 ... ranks second in school history in 1650 ... recorded 329.25 points for the Hawks ... 191.75 points in dual meet season was tied for second on team.

2011-12: Won three events during the season including the 1650 free against RPI (11/13) when he set a new Moyer Pool record … had 28 second-place and six third-place finishes … in relay events, was a part of two wins and four second and third-place finishes ... Empire 8 Second Team in the 1,650 free ... 335 points on the season.

2010-11: In his freshman year, had five first-place finishes, 12 second places finishes, eight third place and three fourth-place finishes ... won his first collegiate race against RPI in 1000 free (10:08.96) ... at the Empire 8/UNYSCSA Championships, came in sixth with a time of 16:30.03 in the 1650 free which was the fourth fastest time in school history.

Personal: Son of Andrea Holland and Jean Grunewald ... english major at Hartwick ... sister, Cailin, swims at Stevens Institute of Technology.

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Newburgh Free Academy ... swam for the Goldbacks from 2003 to 2010 ... was on the rowing team from 2004 to 2007.
