Hughes registered a game-high six goals on Wednesday in an 18-3 win over Cobleskill. He scored five times in the first quarter alone as the Hawks opened up a big 8-0 lead after 15 minutes. Hughes later added a second-quarter goal. For the season, he has a team-best 22 tallies.
