Ready became just the fourth equestrian scholar-athlete in program history to qualify for the IHSA National Show with her finish at Zones in Connecticut on Sunday. Ready was the Reserve Champion as she placed second in Intermediate Flat out of 10 riders to claim the national spot. She also was sixth in Novice Fences. Ready is the first rider since Lauren Lamoureux in 2010 to compete in the national event, which will take place in Harrisburg, PA from May 1-4.
