Walter was a tireless worker for the Hawks in a big 2-1 conference road win over Georgia State on Saturday night in Atlanta. His ability to high press got the Hawks back in the game after falling behind 1-0. He was involved in the Hawks’ first goal as he looked to get on the end of a Marc Russell cross before a Panther defender headed the ball into his own goal. Walter then assisted on the game-winner as he ripped a shot off the far post from the corner of the box which was redirected in.
