Ritchie was named to the 2016 Sun Belt Conference Men’s Soccer All-Tournament Team for his efforts in the league playoffs in Atlanta, GA. Ritchie scored the game’s opening goal in the 68^th minute to hand Hartwick the lead in a 2-1 victory against Appalachian State on Thursday in the quarterfinal round. He nearly gave the Hawks a lead against Coastal Carolina in the semifinal with a shot in the first half which forced a diving stop from the Chanticleer goalkeeper. Ritchie finished the season tied for second on the team in goals, assists, and points.
