Kotanchyan, a freshman playing in her first weekend of collegiate water polo, registered team-highs of 16 goals, seven assists, and 11 steals. In her first game with the Hawks, she scored four goals with an assist and a steal in a 9-7 win over Wagner. She then recorded six goals, one assist, and two steals to help ’Wick top Marist 13-11. Four goals, three assists, and two steals followed in a 14-7 victory against Iona, and she ended her week with two tallies, two assists, and six steals against Azusa Pacific.
