Kotanchyan was named the CWPA Rookie of the Tournament at the conference championships this past weekend. She also earned a spot on the All-Tournament First Team. Kotanchyan finished the weekend with seven goals, one assists, and five steals for the Hawks in three contests. She scored three goals with two steals in an 11-6 quarterfinal victory over Brown Friday and added a goal and two steals in an 8-7 loss to Princeton Saturday. Kotanchyan capped the tournament with three goals, an assist, and a steal. She finished the year ranked second on the team in goals (84), assists (33), and points (117).
