Townes, who earns the honor for the second straight week, had a team-high 25 points on 7-of-16 shooting in a 97-85 victory for Hartwick over Bard on Tuesday. He added four three-pointers, nine rebounds, and five assists in the game as the Hawks won their first game of the season. On Sunday in a 97-65 exhibition loss at Division I Binghamton University, Townes tied for a team-high with 15 points. He connected on two three-pointers and tied for a team-high with five rebounds.
