Townes averaged 20.5 points and 9.5 rebounds per game in a pair of contests for the Hawks. He shot 41% (14-of-34) from the floor, 40% (6-of-15) from three-point range, and 88% (7-of-8) from the free-throw line on the week. On Thursday, Townes scored a game-high 18 points and tied for a game-best 11 rebounds in a win over Elmira. On Saturday, he scored a team-high 23 points, hit four three-pointers, and tied for a game-high with eight rebounds in a loss at Stevens.
