Junior guard Kate Purcell was selected to the NYU Tip-Off All-Tournament Team on Saturday evening after averaging 18.5 points and 7.5 rebounds in two games. Purcell shot 44% (12-of-27) from the floor, 46% (6-of-13) from three-point range, and 88% (7-of-8) from the free-throw line. She also had four steals and three assists. She scored a game-high 20 points on Friday night versus New Paltz and added game-highs of 17 points and 12 rebounds in a win over St. Joseph's-Brooklyn.
