In the second half, Wright struck for the second time just over five and a half minutes in when she fought through traffic to poke the ball through and into the goal to give Oneonta a 2-0 advantage. Less than six minutes later, Wright would get her third goal of the night to put the Red Dragons ahead 3-0.

Following a timeout, the Hawks would get a penalty corner and an opportunity to get back in the game but Kelly Kramer's (Royersford, PA/Villa Maria Academy) shot was stopped by Red Dragon goalkeeper Tess Tracy.

The score remained 3-0 until just under three minutes remaining on the clock when Andrea Day scored on a Wright assist to give the Red Dragons a 4-0 lead.
