ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Hawks continued to be a force in the Empire 8, defeating the Cardinals from St. John Fisher 8-1 at home on Saturday afternoon.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- The Hawks picked up all three wins at doubles.
- Highlighting the doubles win was the combo of Phoebe Olson (Jamestown, N. Dak.) and Lily Vanuga (Springville, N.Y.) who defeated their opponent 8-0.
- Vanuga carried the momentum gained during doubles to defeat her sixth singles opponent 6-1, 6-0 to give the Hawks another win to get them closer to the magic number of five.
- Jade Killikelly (Jamaica, N.Y.) only dropped two games in her 6-1, 6-1 win at third singles.
