Men's Outdoor Track and Field Empire 8 Championship Preview

ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Hartwick Men's Outdoor Track and Field team will compete at the Empire 8 Championships starting this Friday at 11:30am. This will take place in Utica University's Pioneer Turf and Track and Field Complex. Throughout these last four weeks of the outdoor season, it is clear they are a much improved team from this past indoor season and are capable of wreaking havoc for other individuals and teams.

22 events will be contested through two days of competition. Top-6 finishers in each event score points for the team competition. The most being 10 points for first place, and 1 point for 6th place. The Hawks have several opportunities both in team relays and individual events to score points and pull off a few upsets.
