• The Hawks came out swinging early, getting off seven shots to just three for SUNY Oneonta in the first quarter.
• Unfortunately, for the Hawks it was one of the three for the Red Dragons that found the back of the cage in the 13^th minute of action that would prove to be the difference maker for the entire contest.
• The Hawks had several more chances throughout the second quarter and the entire second half.
• However, despite completely shutting down the Red Dragon offense limiting them to zero shots across the final 30 minutes of play, Hartwick was unable to find the equalizer.
