SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - The Hartwick Men's Swim and Dive Team hit the road for their final away tri-meet of the season, competing against Union and Springfield.

The 200 medley relay marked the start of the afternoon for the men as the Hawks took fourth place. Owen James (St. Lutz, Fla.), Daniel Chung (Roslyn, N.Y.), Karim Mohamed (New Hartford, N.Y.), and Sebastian Knowles (Plano, Tex.) combined for a time of one minute and 43 seconds.

Cameron Drake (El Cajon, Cal.) got his afternoon started with a second place finish in the 1000 yard freestyle, clocking in at ten minutes and 18 seconds.

Bryce Rogers (Fulton, N.Y.) placed third in his first individual event of the day, touching the wall at one minute and 49 seconds in the 200 free.

Hassan Abdelwahed (New Hartford, N.Y.) blazed through the 100 yard breaststroke, finishing in 59.1 seconds.

Peyton Humphries (South Glens Falls, N.Y.) placed second in three meter diving, posting a score of 211.65. Humphries scored 222.15 in one meter diving, taking second place.

James was second to touch the wall in the 200 backstroke, posting a time of two minutes and nine seconds.

Abdelwahed followed up with a second place finish of his own, clocking in at two minutes and 14 seconds in the 200 breast.

Drake turned in a strong performance in the 500 free, earning first place with a time of four minutes and 54 seconds.

The Hawks ended their day with an exclamation point, Rogers, Knowles, Abdelwahed,and Evan Nezat (Jacksonville, N.C.) combined for a time of one minute and 29 seconds, taking first place in the 200 free relay.
