2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Empire 8 Second Team honors during the cross country season … selected to the 2019 Empire 8 Sportsman of the Year Team … selected as Team MVP ... named a Hartwick “Hawk of the Week” on November 5 … placed eighteenth in a new personal best time of 28:12.9 at the 8K E8 Championships in Rochester on November 2 … two weeks later, ran to a 28:44.0 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional in Canton … also recorded a time of 28:44.4 at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational on September 14 … finished in second place at the season opening Dick Daymont Season Opener at Hartwick. INDOOR: Recorded a personal best 3000 meter time of 9:39.15 at the Cornell Marc Deneault Invitational on Feb. 22 … ran to a personal best time in the 5000 meters of 17:06.45 at the Utica Blue and Orange Invitational on Feb. 8.
