Prior to Hartwick: Attended South Glens Falls High School … lettered in field hockey and lacrosse for the Bulldogs from 2018-2021 and tennis in 2020 … for field hockey, named a First Team Foothills All-Star in 2019 and 2021 and Second Team All-Star in 2018 … for lacrosse, named a First Team Foothills All-Star in 2021 … for tennis, named a Foothills All-Star in 2020 … in the Section 2 field hockey record book for number of assists in an individual season (2019, 2021) … helped lead the Bulldogs to the 2021 Foothills field hockey title … played club field hockey for Thoroughbreds Field Hockey Club from 2017-2019 as well as ice hockey for the Adirondack Northstars from 2012-2021.

Personal: Daughter of Richard and Louise Betts … Biology major … favorite athlete is Tom Brady … favorite sports team is the Montreal Canadiens … favorite movie is The Parent Trap … hobbies include skiing, exploring the outdoors, and working out.
