2024-25: Part of the distance medley relay team that finished with a time of 12:08.47 at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships... Set a personal record of 4:58.52 in the mile run during indoor season at the Blue & Orange Invitational (2/7-8/25)... Part of the 4x800 relay team that posted a time of 9:07.49 at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships... Set a personal record of 18:03.24 in the 5000m event during the outdoor season at the Purple & Gold Open (3/22/25)... Set a personal record of 4:38.58 in the 1500m event during outdoor season at the Cortland Red Dragon Open (4/4/25)

Prior to Hartwick: Graduated from Mineola... lettered in cross country, indoor track and field for three years... recieved Coach's Award and three Tri-Athlete Awards... set high school records in the 800 meter, 1 mile and 5k

Personal: Son of Margaret and Michael Spalding... majoring in Computer Science... hobbies include bass playing, running and playing video games... favorite movie is Scott Pilgrim... favorite musical artist is Beck
