Henry LaSala

Henry LaSala joins his brother, Don, for his third season at Hartwick as an assistant coach with the men's lacrosse team.

LaSala came to Hartwick from Adrian College, where he helped guide the team to an overall record of 44-9 in three seasons while producing a perfect conference record of 21-0, to go along with 28 all-league selections, 1 All-American, 2 USILA North/South game participants, and the league’s defensive player of the year two consecutive years in a row.

Adrian College reached the NCAA Division III tournament all three years LaSala was on staff. The Bulldogs also won three consecutive regular season conference titles, coupled with 3 consecutive conference tournament titles.

Adrian College lacrosse set a school record in 2012 for wins in a season (17), and reached the second round of the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 2013. LaSala also worked with the Bulldog goalkeepers which produced a 3-time all-conference member.

LaSala's main on-field responsibilities with the Hawks will be coaching the defensive unit and goalies. He will also carry off-field responsibilities in recruiting, managing equipment, and monitoring the academic performance of the Hartwick lacrosse team.
