Prior to Hartwick: Attended Windham High School … competed in swimming, diving, and bass fishing for the Jaguars … Scholar-Athlete … Swimming & Diving MVP … Coaches Award … Eagle Tribune All-Star … holds school records in the 200 and 400 Free Relay and 1-Meter Diving (11 dives) … 2-time 200 Free Relay state champion (2018-20) … 400 Free Relay state champion (2019-20) … state champion in diving (2019-20).
 
Personal: Son of Megan and Richard Armstrong … Nursing major … hobbies are fishing, mountain biking, snowboarding, surfing, wakeboarding, and wakesurfing … favorite sports teams are any Boston team – Patriots, Bruins, Celtics, Red Sox.
