2018: Named to Empire 8 Fall 2018 President's List ... selected to Empire 8 Spring 2019 President's List ... competed in all seven races … placed ninth in meet against SUNY Delhi (8/31) … secured a season-best 6K time of 29:40.3 at NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional (11/10) … top 5K time of 23:48.7 at the Cobleskill Stephen Warde Invitational (9/8).

2017: Named Team MVP ... ran in all seven of the Hawks’ races … registered a season-best 6K time of 29:27.7 at the Cross Country Only Conference Championship in Geneva … ran to a time of 22:11 in the Bard Raptor Invitational 5K.

2015: Competed at four events on the season … earned a personal-best time in the 5K at the Houghton College Highlander Invitational on September 19 with a 20^th place finish (23:36.69).

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Ravena Coeymans Selkirk High School … competed in cheerleading, cross country, and track and field for the Indians.

Personal: Daughter of Christine and Michael Novak … Nursing major at Hartwick.
