2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran to a personal-best 5K time of 22:07.5 at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational on September 14 during cross country season … top 6K time of the season was at the Empire 8 Conference Championships in Rochester on November 2, covering the course in 28:01.6 for 49^th place … registered a 28:59.5 at the Steven A. Warde Invitational on September 7. INDOOR: Competed in the mile and Distance Medley Relay … registered a season-best time of 6:28.55 in the mile at the Cornell Marc Deneault Invitational on Feb. 22 … combined with teammates for season-best 16:05.64 in the DMR at the Colgate Class of ’32 Invitational on Feb. 15.

2018-19: Ran in all seven meets for Hartwick during the cross country season … placed fourth in season opening meet against SUNY Delhi (8/31) … secured a season-best 6K time of 27:35.8 at NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional (11/10) … finished forty-seventh at the Empire 8 Championships (10/27) in 29:57.3 … top 5K time of 22:11.7 at the Cobleskill Stephen Warde Invitational (9/8) ... in the indoor track season, recorded a season-best time in the mile of 6:14.99 in the season opener at the Army Crowell Open (12/1), finishing sixth … registered a season-best 2:52.58 in the 800m at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational (1/18), placing twelfth … season-fastest time of 12:43.82 in the 3000m at the Utica College Pioneer Open (1/26) … combined with her teammates for a top time in the 4000m distance medley relay (15:17.63) at the Empire 8 Conference Championships (2/22-23), finishing seventh ... in the outdoor season, ran to a season-best time of 5:41.25 in the 1500m at the Delhi Bronco Invitational … combined for season-best time of 11:23.23 in the 4x800 at the Empire 8 Championships at Houghton.

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Monticello High School … competed in cross country, indoor track, and spring track for the Panthers.
