2019-20: Named to Empire 8 Fall 2019 President's List ... selected to Empire 8 Spring 2020 President's List ... True Blue Award winner ... CROSS COUNTRY: Recorded a season-best 6K time of 27:31.9 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional at Canton on November 16 to cap her cross country season … also ran a 28:10.4 at the Empire 8 Conference Championships in Rochester on November 2 … secured a season-best 5K time of 22:28.4 Oneonta Airfield Invitational on September 14 … placed 9th at the Cazenovia Invitational. INDOOR: Named Team MVP ... two-time Hartwick “Hawk of the Week” on 2/18 and 3/2 … placed fifth in the 60m hurdles at the Empire 8 Conference Championships on Feb. 28, becoming the first student-athlete to score championship points since the program’s reinstatement in 2018 … also registered a person best in the 200m at the championships with a time of 28.10 seconds.

2018-19: Named Women's Indoor Track Team MVP ... twice named Hartwick "Hawk of the Week" on 4/30 and 5/7 ... ran in all seven meets for ’Wick during the cross country season … earned a season-best 6K time of 29:59.4 at the Bard College Fred Pavlich Invitational (9/22) … top 5K time of 23:44.6 happened at the Cobleskill Stephen Warde Invitational (9/8) ... in the indoor track season, sprinted to a season-best time of 11.05, good enough for eleventh place, at the Empire 8 Conference Championships on Feb. 22 … registered a season-best in the 200m at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational on Jan. 18, placing eleventh … recorded top time of 1:08.64 at the Cornell Marc Deneault Invitational (2/16) … combined with her teammates for a season-best time in the 4x400 (4:37.89) at the conference meet ... in the outdoor season, registered a season-best time of 1:15.68 in the 400m hurdles at the Empire 8 Conference Championships at Houghton (5/4) … also combined for season-best times of 53.31 in the 4x100, 4:26.62 in the 4x400 and 11:23.23 in the 4x800 at the Championships.

2017: Ran in all seven of the Hawks’ races this fall … recorded a season-best 6K time of 28:19.0 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional at Houghton College … 5K season-best at the Saratoga Invitational (23:19.7).

2016: Phillip S. Wilder Jr. Award winner for academic distinction ... competed in all nine meets for the Hawks in her first season … earned her top time in a 5K at the RPI Invitational on October 1 … top 6K time came at the NCAA Atlantic Regional on November 12.

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Watertown High School … lettered three years in cross country for the Cyclones … lettered all four years in track and field … named scholar athlete all four years.
