Prior to Hartwick:  Graduate of Ballston Spa High School…  four-year letter winner in lacrosse… lettered in cross country in 2019 and 2020… 2020 and 2021 letter winner for skiing… played club lacrosse for ADK, 518, and the regional team

Personal:  Daughter of Kasey and Matt Dahl… Biology major… high honor roll… hobbies are lifting, skiing, down-hill mountain biking, running, and hiking… favorite athlete is Kayla Trainor… favorite sports team is the NY Giants… favorite music is country… favorite artists are Morgan Wallen and Luke Combs
