2016: Selected to Empire 8 Spring 2017 President's List ... started all six games she played in before sustaining season-ending injury … recorded eight ground balls, two caused turnovers, and one draw … registered three ground balls against Misericordia (3/18) and Keuka (3/23).

2015: Started in all 13 games she played in for the Hawks … 10 caused turnovers ranked fourth on the squad … registered 24 ground balls, which also ranked fourth on the team … added two draw controls … notched a season-high four caused turnovers versus St. Joseph’s-LI (3/14) … season-best five ground balls in win over Cazenovia (3/11).

2014: Played in four games … tallied two ground balls.

Prior to Hartwick: Attended New Hyde Park Memorial High School ... lettered in lacrosse for two years for the Gladiators.

Personal: Born January 31, 1995 ... daughter of Eileen and Michael Niewender ... Sociology major at Hartwick ... older sister, Lauren, played Division I volleyball at Rider University.
