2020-2021: Named to Empire 8 Fall 2020 President’s List … selected to Empire 8 Spring 2021 President's List ... True Blue Award winner.

2019-2020: Fourth on the team with 248 dual-meet and 371.2 total points this season … tied for fourth of all Hawks with 83 points at Allegheny Empire Championship … at conference championships, was First Team All-Conference in 400 IM, Second Team All-Conference in 200 IM, and third in the 200 fly … was part of a First Team All-Conference effort in 800 free relay (7:54.23, eighth on the program’s all-time list) … had four wins, seven second-place finishes, and ten third-place finishes on the season … part of 11 relay wins and seven second-place relay finishes … set a new program record in the 100 IM after touching up in 1:02.25.

2018-2019: Had two All-Conference Second Team finishes, in the 200 IM and 800 free relay … seventh on the team in both dual meet points (164.5) and total points (269.2) … sixth of all Hawks with 70.5 points at the Empire 8 Championships … in addition to two Second Team placements, finished third in the 400 IM and 400 free relay, fourth in the 200 fly, and competed in the 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay … had five individual wins, 13 second-place finishes, and 19 third-place finishes on the season … was a part of three relay second-place finishes… entered the program’s all-time top ten in the 200 IM (third, 2:10.93), 400 IM (sixth, 4:41.37), 400 free relay (tenth, 3:37.86), and 800 free relay (seventh, 7:53.88).

2017-2018: Accumulated 335 total points … 155 points at the Empire 8 Conference Championships ranked fifth on the team … added 113 points in dual meets … won four individual races … added another six second-place swims … combined for one second-place finish in relay events … ranks four at Hartwick in the 100 breaststroke … ranks ninth in the 200 individual medley … combined for Empire 8 Second Team honors in both the 400 and 800 free relays … finished third in the 200 IM and 400 medley relay … fourth in the 100 breast … ranks sixth at Hartwick in the 400 free relay, eighth in the 400 medley relay, and tenth in the 800 free relay.

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Johnstown High School … swam and played softball for the Lady Bills … school record in the 100 butterfly … Swim Coaches Award (2011, 2012, 2013) … Swim MVP (2014, 2015, 2016) … Foothills All-Star (2011-2016) … Softball Most Dedicated Award in 2017 … also swam Johnstown Sea Otters (2007), Gloversville Lazers (2008), Fulton County Flying Fish (2009-2014), and Amsterdam Sea Rams (2015-2017).
 
Personal: Daughter of René Mowrey and Tony Mowrey Jr. … Biology/Education major … hobbies include playing/listening to music, being with friends and family, cooking/baking … favorite sports team is the New York Yankees … favorite movie series is the Back to the Future Trilogy … favorite musical artists are The Beatles and Charlie Puth.
