Prior to Hartwick: Attended Saratoga Springs High School … lettered in swimming for six years for the Blue Streaks, from 2015-2021 … qualified in Section 2 for all events swam, qualified at state championships in 200 free and 4x100 relay … swam club for Schenectady-Saratoga Sharks.

Personal: Daughter of Elizabeth and Kevin Baird … Political Science major … grandfather swam for SUNY Oneonta in 1970 … mother, Elizabeth, played field hockey at SUNY Geneseo … favorite athlete is Missy Franklin … favorite musician is John Mayer … favorite sports team is the New York Giants … hobbies include playing viola, reading, and gardening.

Why Hartwick? “I enjoyed my visit with Coach Dale, I also loved the idea of smaller classes where I can get to know my peers and professors. Hartwick also had a wide range of academic paths to take.”
