Warde Invitational on September 7 during the cross country season … ran to a time of 31:58.4 at the Empire 8 Conference Championships in Rochester on November 2 … secured a personal-best 5K time at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational on September 14, covering the course in 24:53.2. INDOOR: Competed at the Southern Tier Collegiate Open on Jan. 11 … combined for a 4x400 time of 5:01.54.
