Warde Invitational on September 7 during the cross country season … ran to a time of 31:58.4 at the Empire 8 Conference Championships in Rochester on November 2 … secured a personal-best 5K time at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational on September 14, covering the course in 24:53.2. INDOOR: Competed at the Southern Tier Collegiate Open on Jan. 11 … combined for a 4x400 time of 5:01.54.

2018-19: Named to Empire 8 Spring 2019 President's List ... competed in five races during the cross country season … ran to a season-best 5K time of 27:34.2 at the Cobleskill Stephen Warde Invitational (9/8) … crossed the finish line in 35:48.8 at the 6K Bard College Fred Pavlich Invitational (9/22) ... during the indoor track season, registered a season-best time of 31.09 in the 200m at the Utica College Invitational (1/12) … top time of 1:10.74 in the 400m came at the Colgate University Class of 1932 Invitational (2/9) … combined with her teammates for top times in both the 4x400 (4:37.89) and the 4000m distance medley relay (15:17.63) at the Empire 8 Conference Championships (2/22-23), finishing seventh in both events ... in the outdoor season, sprinted to a season-best time of 29.83 seconds at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/27) … combined for season-best times of 53.31 in the 4x100 and 4:26.62 in the 4x400 at the Empire 8 Championships at Houghton.

2017: Named to the 2017 Empire 8 Conference Women’s Cross Country Sportswoman of the Year Team … ran in all seven of the Hawks’ races this fall … registered a 6K season-best time of 37:28.0 at the Cross Country Only Conference Championship in Geneva, NY … ran a 27:28 at the Bard Raptor Invitational 5K.

2016: Phillip S. Wilder Jr. Award winner for academic distinction ... competed in the first eight races this season for the Hawks … ran her top 5K time in the Cobleskill Invitational on September 10 … top 6K time came in the Williams Invitational on September 24.
