Jonathan Gaglio


Gaglio comes to Hartwick from John Carroll University, where he most recently served as Assistant Coach for the men’s lacrosse program. During his time there, Gaglio worked primarily on the defensive end of the field, most often with defenders and goalies. He also has recent coaching experience for the NeoLax Lacrosse Club, a program for youth players from 3rd grade to 12th grade.

 

Gaglio graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2023 and a master’s degree in sports leadership in 2024 after an incredible playing career. As a student-athlete, Gaglio became the top goalie in program history garnering USILA All-American status twice in his career. In 2022, he became an NCAA Division III Statistical Champion with a GAA of 7.03. In addition, Gaglio would earn Second Team All-OAC nods in 2021 and 2023, along with First Team honors in 2022 and 2024. To conclude an outstanding record sheet, Gaglio would conclude his final season as a three-time OAC Goalie of the Week, the OAC Defensive Player of the Year, the JCU All-Decade Team Goalie Recipient, and representing John Carroll University in the 2024 USILA All-Star Game.
