2016: Named to 2016 Empire 8 Conference Men's Cross Country Sportsman of the Year Team ... competed in eight races for the Hawks … earned a personal-best time of 30:38.4 in the 8K Cross Country Only Conference Championships (CCOC) on October 15.

2015: Ran in all seven meets for the Hawks … earned a season-best time of 29:36.4 at the Empire 8 Conference Championships on October 31.

2014: Season-best 8K time of 29:21.9 at the Empire 8 Conference Championships (11/1) … also registered a time of 29:24.6 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional (11/15).

2013: Placed thirty-fifth in his first collegiate race at the Colgate Harry Laing Invitational (9/7) ... season-best 8K time of 29:19.4 at the Empire 8 Conference Championship meet (11/2).

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Sachem North High School ... lettered in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track for the Flaming Arrows ... scholar athlete (2010-12) ... Varsity Athlete Award ... competed at the New Balance Indoor Nationals in 2013.
