Wilder Jr. Award winner for academic distinction.

2014: Empire 8 Conference Second Team … placed twelfth at the conference championships with a season-best 8K time of 26:52.3 … ran a 27:57.8 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional meet (11/15).

2013: Placed thirty-first at the Harry Laing Invitational (9/7) ... finished thirty-ninth at the Oneonta State Early Bird Invitational (9/14) ... season-best 8K time of 31:30.4 at Williams Invitational (9/28).

Prior to Hartwick: Attended Averill Park High School ... lettered in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track for the Warriors ... two school records in relay events (4x1600m, DMR) ... helped team to Rensselaer County Cross Country Champinship in 2013.
