Stuligross captured the individual title as top finisher at the Cross Country Only Conference Championships on Saturday. He covered the 8K course with a time of 26:56.20, which was 10.33 seconds in front of the of the second-place finisher. He beat out 172 other competitors at the championships and led the Hawks to a fourth-place finish as a team.
