2012: Leading Hawk runner in five of seven races … won the Cross Country Only Championship with a winning time of 26:56.20 … came in eighth at the Empire 8 Championships to secure Second Team honors … posted a time of 27:08 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional finishing 91st out of 219 runners … named to the Empire 8 Conference Sportsperson of the Year team.

2011: Stuligross was first for Hartwick in the Oneonta Early Bird to begin the year of competition ... was second to teammate John Wojtech in three other meets throughout the season ... earned an 8K season-high time of 27:26 at Empire 8 Championships ... named Empire 8 Sportsman of the Year.

2010:  Hawks' top finisher in all eight meets ... earned top-10 finishes in four races, placing 2nd in both the Cazenovia and Hartwick 5K meets, 6th at the Oneonta Early Bird, and 9th at the CCOC Championships ... team MVP.

2009: Paced the Hawks throughout the season as the team's top finisher in six of seven races ... helped the Hawks finish 7th at the Empire 8 Conference Championship meet, 10th at the New York State Collegiate Track Conference Championships, and 35th at the NCAA Division III Regional Championships ... ended his year with a career-best 5-mile time of 28:29 at the NCAA Regionals ... team MVP.
