Hartwick College Athletics

Bonini headed up Hartwick’s excellent defensive efforts in their two playoff games. She broke up numerous scoring chances via one-on-one play, pass deflections, and shot blocking, and was key in holding Nazareth to just six shots in the final. Bonini also played an important role in the game’s final play, a Golden Flyers corner, defending the front of the goal before the Hawks cleared the ball out of bounds to end the game.
