CLINTON, NY- The Hartwick men's cross country team was in action today at the Hamilton Tune-Up Invitational hosted by Hamilton College at the Hamilton College Golf Course. The men's team placed sixth.
Senior Captain
Caleb Mallery (Endicott, NY/Union Endicott) finished first for the Hawks and twenty-sixth overall on the five-kilometer course in a time of 17:48.1. Freshman
Aidan Freda (Westtown, NY/Minisink Valley) finished next in forty-fourth place with a time of 18:16.1. Senior Captain
Mark Garceau (Lebanon, NJ/North Hunterdon) was the third Hawk to cross the finish line in forty-ninth place in a time of 18:39.9.       Â

Omar Nelson (Oneonta, NY/Oneonta) finished in fifty-second place in a time of 19:03.1. Freshman
Pablo Gutierrez (Cliffside, NJ/Cliffside) rounded out the Hawks scoring in sixtieth place with a time of 19:39.0.

Will May (Bethel Park, PA/Bethel Park) Sean Waltman (Sayre, PA/Athens) finished as the Hawks' displacers in seventy-seventh and eighty-sixth place(s) respectively.
The Hawks will next be in action on Saturday October 30 at the Empire 8 Cross Country Championships hosted by the Sage Colleges at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Greenwich, NY at 12PM.
