ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Hawks battled back from an 11-point deficit in the 1
st quarter, but their strong second half performance was not enough as they eventually fell to Skidmore 88-74.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- The Hawks went back and forth with the Thoroughbreds through the first part of the first 20 minutes of play in a half that saw four tie scores, and 10 lead changes.
- However, Skidmore pulled away late in the 1st half, taking an 11-point lead into halftime.
- Hartwick put together a strong 2nd half, scoring 38 points, but it was not enough to overcome the first half deficit.
- Sammuel Prosper (Milford, Mass.) led all scorers in the game with 26, including knocking down 5 of 8 from behind the arc.
- Also scoring in double figures for the Hawks was Kevin Felasco (Liverpool, N.Y.) with 12 and Cooper Francis (Lynbrook, N.Y.)
- Defensively, Hartwick forced the Thoroughbreds into 14 turnovers, while only committing four of their own.
