ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Oneonta Red Dragons posted 44 points in each half to cruise to an 88-52 win over men's basketball 88-52 in the annual "Battle of the Hills" opening matchup.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- The Hawks went back and forth with the Red Dragons as each squad took turns jumping out in front.
- Kevin Felasco (Liverpool, N.Y.) hit back-to-back threes to give Hartwick a 6-4 advantage.
- Oneonta responded, but a 2-point jumper and 3-point jumper from Nick Eiler (Highland Mills, N.Y.) would put the Hawks back on top 11-9.
- Just over mid-way through the first half, Oneonta would eventually go on a run, holding the Hawks scoreless for three minutes while jumping out to a 25-18 lead.
- By the time it was all said and done in the first half, the visiting Red Dragons led the home team Hawks, 44-28.
- Oneonta's lead continued to expand throughout the second half as the Red Dragons would eventually top the Hawks 88-52.
- Hartwick picked up double-digit performances from Felasco and Jeremiah Boateng (Springfield, Va.) as each finished with 11.
