MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The Hawks hit the road for their final contest of 2022 for a matchup against the SUNY Morrisville Mustangs on Monday evening, but were unable to come out on top, falling 81-60.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- The visiting Hawks went 4-9 from three-point range in the first half, but found themselves down by eight at the end of the first twenty minutes of action as the Mustangs shot 50% from the field.
- Hartwick came out of halftime and got within four points of Morrisville after Sammuel Prosper (Milford, Mass.) turned a steal into a coast-to-coast breakaway dunk.
- Unfortunately for the Hawks, the Mustangs went on a nine-point run to put the visiting squad back on their heels.
- Morrisville continued to add to their lead throughout the remainder of the half to take the 81-60 victory.
- Jeremiah Boateng (Springfield, Va.) led the way for the Hawks, posting a double-double with 16 points and 10 boards.
- Prosper ended his night with 14 points

The Hawks will resume their 2022-2023 season schedule on Friday, January 6 as they head to Alfred University to take on the Saxons in Empire 8 play.
