WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Holly Calore (Rocky Point, N.Y.) opened the scoring with an un-assisted goal eight minutes into the contest.
- Unfortunately, it was all Bombers from the second quarter on as they put two away within 4 minutes of each other to take a 2-1 lead.
- Ithaca tacked on another tally in the third quarter, extending their lead to two goals.
- The Hawks looked to claw their way back into the contest, picking up six corner attempts in the fourth quarter.
- However, the Bombers added to their cushion adding two more in the fourth to take the 5-1 win.
