- The visiting Hawks jumped out to a 4-point lead and looked to extend their lead.
- However, every time Hartwick pulled ahead, the Wolves stayed on their heels throughout the first and second quarters.
- Up 23-19, entering the third quarter, Hartwick found their stride in the second half.
- The Hawks lead ballooned to 14 by the end of the third quarter as they held the Wolves to only four points.
- Hartwick maintained their lead throughout the fourth quarter to take home the 52-37 Empire 8 road win.
- Isabella Astorino (Warwick, N.Y.) completed the double-double for the Hawks, recording 12 points and 12 boards.
- Morgan Perry (Otego, N.Y.) and Bree Fargnoli (Binghamton, N.Y.) recorded 13 points each.
