The Hawks were the first to touch the scoreboard after Daniel Oyediran (Madison, N.J.) was able to spot Shea Barber (Wells Bridge, N.Y.) who was able to drive in for a layup.

Cobleskill would go on a run and extend their lead up to nine before Hartwick was able to storm back and tie the game.

The men stayed in control after tying the game, extending their lead up to two possessions after a Tarrell Cumberbatch (Brooklyn, N.Y.) free throw.

A steal by Jeremiah Boateng (Springfield, Va.) with less than ten seconds would be converted into a made Oyediran jumper on the other end as time expired to take a one point lead into the half.

Hartwick finished the first half with 29 points,capitalizing with nine points off turnovers, eleven bench points and twelve points in the paint.

With the second half underway, buckets by Boateng and Kevin Felasco (Liverpool, N.Y.) gave the Hawks a five point lead to start off.

After exchanging leads for a bit, Cobleskill rang off ten straight points to take their lead back.

The ten point spurt would be too much for the Hawks to overcome as they would run out of time and fall to Cobleskill.

The Hawks finished with 28 points in the paint to pair with 16 second chance points and a strong contribution from the bench with 33 points.

Oyediran led in scoring with twelve points, followed by Cooper Francis (Lynbrook, N.Y.) who finished with eleven points. Francis also brought down eleven rebounds for the double-double.
