WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Houghton opened up the game scoring seven straight points before the Hawks could get on the board.
- Hartwick briefly cut the Highlanders' lead to just two with 4:31 remaining in the first quarter, but the hosts turned it on to end the quarter up by 14.
- The Hawks were unable to rebound as Houghton held a 26-point lead at halftime and maintained their sizeable lead through the second half.
- Alexis Mark (Patterson, N.Y.) recorded her second-straight double-digit game, posting 12 points.
