ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Hawks celebrated their seniors prior to this afternoon's contest against St. John Fisher on Saturday afternoon, but ultimately fell in their regular season finale.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- The Hawks took time prior to the contest to celebrate their four seniors: Nick Bantis (Brooklyn, N.Y.), Bobby Connors (Rockville Centre, N.Y.), Zach Hayn (Brooklyn, N.Y.), and student assistant coach Jaquan Dickerson.
- Fisher held the lead over Hartwick for the entirety of the contest, but the Hawks did not make it easy, frequently cutting into the Cardinals' lead.
- The visiting Cardinals saw their lead balloon to 20 points at the 15:22 mark in the second half, only to see it shrink to 10 with 3:31 remaining in the contest.
- Unfortunately, the Cardinals were too much down the stretch for the Hawks, and Hartwick fell 77-65 in their regular season finale.
- Jeremiah Boateng (Springfield, Va.) paced the Hartwick offense with 15 points.
- Cooper Francis (Lynbrook, N.Y.) and Sammuel Prosper (Milford, Mass.) finished with 11 points each.
- Connors ended his career in Lambros arena with a double-double, scoring 10 and pulling down 10 rebounds.

The Hawks secured the 5
th seed in the Empire 8 tournament with last night's win over Nazareth and will now head to #4 seed, St. John Fisher on Tuesday. Game time is to be determined. All information regarding the Empire 8 Championship tournament will be released as it becomes available.
